  • Netherlands: Free shipping with no minimum order. Orders delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • Europe: 4,99€ - Orders delivered within 3–5 business days.

If your piece shows unusual fading or tarnishing within 12 months, simply email a photo of the issue to info@ginginjewels.com along with your order number. Once approved, we’ll replace it free of charge within 5-7 business days. No stress, no hassle.

14 days Returns & Exchanges

If the size is not right, or you just simply changed your mind, you can always return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with no signs of wear. Earrings can only be returned if unworn for hygiene reasons.
  • Return & exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however the new delivery will be free of charge.
